I know I’ve said it a million times but I’m just gonna throw it out there again…I love documenting growing families with Denham Springs bump to baby sessions. Being able to document mama carrying babe in her belly to in her arms is so special to me and I’ll never take it for granted.

I’m so excited to share this sweet family with you on the blog today. Katelyn booked with me in her second trimester of her pregnancy so we had plenty of time to get to know each other! She knew from the beginning that she wanted a bump to baby session so we planned her maternity session for early in her third trimester. She wanted her session to be at Arsenal Park and it came out gorgeous!

Her dress choice was PERFECT!

It was an overcast day but we still made the best of it. We captured their love for each other and their baby girl.

The sun even briefly showed up towards the end!

A couple more weeks went by and I got THE text…the “im being admitted because I’m in labor text!” That text always brings a smile to my face! Not as much as the “SHE’S HERE!” one, though!

Meet Tessa

Meet 12 days new, Tessa! She’s such a sweet thing and I loved being able to document her little features as a newborn!

Mama chose pink, purple, and white for her sweet baby girl and the session came together beautifully!

Katie definitely knows how to get the job done in a fun way. She always makes sure at the end of each session to ask if there were any specific poses we wanted done. We will most definitely be doing more photoshoots in the near future with Katie Stephens Photography!”
