Fall officially kicks off busy season for any Denham Springs Family Photographer! This sweet family had their session scheduled for a while but unfortunately had to reschedule due to Ida! BUT….it worked out in our favor because the weather we ended up with was absolutely AMAZING!!!

As you’ve heard me mention once or twice…the sun makes me so happy! Afternoon/evening sessions are always the best time since the sun is low enough to not be too overpowering!

They always follow my style guide PERFECTLY and look so beautiful on camera! Mamas…even if dresses aren’t your style, I challenge you to wear one for family pictures! The look so good on camera and add so much movement to your photos!

Another tip? Don’t stress if the kiddos aren’t into the pictures! That’s totally normal! I have a couple games and tricks up my sleeve to make them look like they’re at least enjoying themselves 😉

I just love these photos so much! These were to celebrate this sweet girls first birthday, also! And can we just talk about her shoes? I’m obsessed.
